Music Therapy

What is Music Therapy?

Music therapy is a strength-based somatic therapy that integrates musical experiences and nonverbal reciprocal communication into verbal therapy. Purposefully using the evidence-based aspects of music, we, certified music therapists (MTAs / MT-BCs) support your journey of exploring yourself, fostering the connection and resilience, enriching your self-esteem, coping with stresses, navigating the challenges, and enhancing the holistic understanding of yourself.

To provide the personalized music therapy treatment, we conduct client assessments, develop treatment plans that meet the client’s needs, implement therapy processes according to the client’s values and preferences, and evaluate progress, all of which are based on best available research.

No musical or artistic skills are required. Everyone can benefit from music therapy.
